 This cause came to be heard on May 13, 2026 before the Honorable Sheldon Y. McCall, Magistrate of the Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee. Present before the Court was: the Guardian ad Litem, S. Rochelle McCrackin and Petitioner/non-relative, Taron Clark. The Court finds the Guardian ad Litem’s oral request to publish on Mother, Stekeeshia Campbell, which was accompanied by an Affidavit of Diligent Search, is well taken and should be granted.

 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

1.      That the oral motion to publish on the Mother, Stekeeshia Campbell is granted.

2.      That the Guardian ad Litem has made diligent efforts to locate the parents as reflected in the Affidavit of Diligent Search, and service by publication is appropriate.

3.       Service upon the Mother, Stekeeshia Campbell shall occur in the Memphis Daily News and The Champion Newspaper in Dekalb County for four consecutive weeks.

4.       That the case be continued to August 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM for trial.
