NOTICE TO BIDDERS

All Sealed Bids, Bid Bonds, Bidder’s Qualifications, and completed Bid Envelope will be received from Bidders on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at the Contracts Management Office, Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division (“MLGW” or “Division”), Room 323, 220 South Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38103 (mailing address: P.O. Box 430, Memphis, TN 38101-0430), prior to 4:00 PM CDT/CST. If you bring your bid to MLGW, please allow 30 minutes prior to 4:00 PM CDT/CST for MLGW security clearance and delivery of bids to the Contracts Management Department. The official time of receipt will be established in the Contracts Management Department and not at the main floor security desk. *Bids will be publicly opened and read on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT/CST. AN NDA IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT.

The project scope is to provide all required supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, chemicals, and tools necessary to replace the Liebert units/roof condenser, leak detection system, and cooling tower media at MLGW’s Netters Business Center located at 1665 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38134. All work must be done in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings.

A Mandatory Bidder’s Orientation meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for this project. Potential Bidders are REQUIRED to attend both the meeting and site visit to be qualified to bid on the project. Potential Bidders MUST complete and submit an NDA to receive the Drawings and Specifications before the Mandatory Bidder’s Orientation meeting. The approved NDA must be received by NOON on Friday, July 17, 2026, at jpayne@mlgw.org.
