Any father of said child who fails to claim paternity by contacting the Department or by registering with the putative father registry within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication of notice shall be barred from thereafter bringing or maintaining any action to establish paternity of the infant. The Final Hearing to terminate the parental rights of the biological mother and of any father is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Failure of said persons claiming an interest in the child to appear at the final hearing will result in the loss of their parental rights to the child.
