Special Judge W. Ray Glasgow’s Court Order from a hearing on November 24, 2025, is incorporated in part, as follows:

In this cause, it appearing to the court from the allegations of the Petition filed, and the affidavit of the Petitioner that the residences of Respondent Anthony Branson a.k.a. Anthony Branison (hereinafter “Mr. Branson”) are unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search and inquiry; and that the whereabouts of Respondent Mr. Branson cannot be found or the post office address of Respondent Mr. Branson cannot be ascertained, and therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Respondent Mr. Branson,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion for Order of Publication shall be granted.

DCS has filed a Petition against you seeking to terminate forever your parental rights on the ground of abandonment and/or for other reasons. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. In order to avoid a judgement by Default against you, you must appear in Court on March 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. or file an answer to the Petition filed against you. All future hearings/or documents filed in this cause shall be filed with the Clerk and shall be considered as service upon you.
