The Orpheum Summer Movie Series continues with “Independence Day” Tuesday, July 3, at 7 p.m. at The Orpheum, 203 S. Main St. Doors open at 6 p.m. for activities in the lobby, including a drink special and photo booth with movie-themed props and quotes. Costumes are encouraged but never required. Germantown’s Fourth of July celebration kicks off Wednesday, July 4, with a 9 a.m. fishing rodeo at Municipal Park Lake, 1900 S. Germantown Road.
