Memphis Animal Services and Memphis Public Libraries will present the Helping Hands + Helping Paws Volunteer & Support Fair Tuesday, Jan. 23, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., in Meeting Room C at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library, 3030 Poplar Ave. Attendees can speak one-on-one with local animal rescues, shelters, advocacy groups and other nonprofits about opportunities to support local animals.
