Talk Shoppe will meet Wednesday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in NovaCopy’s conference room, 7251 Appling Farms Parkway. Attorney Wis Laughlin will present “Learn About Owning an Airbnb – Including Important Tax Information.” Cost is free. Visit talkshoppe.com.

The Metal Museum will host the “Cu in Summer: Inspirations” opening reception and sale Thursday, July 20, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 374 Metal Museum Drive. The exhibition features works created by local students ages 14-17 who participated in the museum’s intensive six-week summer program. All proceeds from sales will go directly to the students. Church Health will offer its Living Well class, a free interactive two-hour session that addresses the fitness and nutrition needs of those with chronic health conditions, Thursday, July 20, at 5:30 p.m. at Church Health, 1350 Concourse Ave., suite 142. The Carpenter Art Garden will host an art show to celebrate its fifth anniversary Friday, July 21, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 295 Carpenter St. The show will feature artwork for sale by children from Binghampton and the local artists who’ve taught them. Attendees will also be able to tour Carpenter Art Garden properties. Admission is a $20 donation at the door; the event includes appetizers, beer and wine, and proceeds benefit the Carpenter Art Garden.

L’Ecole Culinaire will host its “International Series: Greece” cooking class Friday, July 21, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at L’Ecole, 1245 N. Germantown Parkway. Participate in a cooking demonstration of Greek cuisine followed a casual Greek feast with tastings of each dish. Cost is $95; includes instruction, three-course meal and wine. Church Health will host a Saturday Morning Unwind Session on July 22 at 9:30 a.m. in its meditation chapel at Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Ave. Unwind and refocus with mindfulness expert Greg Graber. Free and open to the public. Visit churchhealth.org/events for details.

L’Ecole Culinaire will host its “Fresh Pasta for Families” cooking class Saturday, July 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at L’Ecole, 1245 N. Germantown Parkway. Bring the kids and learn to make your own pasta, then test your creations paired with sauces. Cost is $65 per person. Register at lecole.edu.
