Church Health Behavioral Health will present a free Mental Health First Aid USA training session Thursday, Aug. 17, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1350 Concourse Ave. Attendees will learn a five-step action plan to offer initial help to people demonstrating symptoms of a mental illness or a crisis, along with how to connect them with the appropriate professional, peer, social or self-help care.
