A Memphis International Airport job fair will be held Wednesday, April 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the airport’s Project Center, 4225 Airways Blvd. Attendees can learn about job openings and complete applications for a variety of positions with at least 15 airport employers; some may also conduct on-site interviews. Employment Seeker will host a veterans job fair and entrepreneur expo Thursday, April 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Memphis Cook Convention Center, 255 N. Main St. Veterans and civilians can meet with employers or learn more about entrepreneurship and how to start a business. Admission is free; register at employmentseeker.net.

Mid South Area Business Travel Association will meet Thursday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the DoubleTree Memphis East, 5069 Sanderlin Ave. David Ray of Air Canada and Glen Thomas of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority will speak. The Memphis chapter of the American Marketing Association will meet Thursday, April 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Heritage Tavern & Kitchen, 6150 Poplar Ave., suite 122. J.D. The fourth annual Taste of Memphis, a festival showcasing Memphis and Shelby County neighborhoods in ways that are uniquely their own, will take place Friday, April 7, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Tiger Lane outside Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, 335 S. Operation HOPE, First Tennessee Bank and COGIC will hold a free credit and money management workshop Saturday, April 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 930 Mason St. Learn about establishing or increasing your credit score, creating a budget, how to read a credit report and what can be done to correct errors that may affect your credit rating.
