National Civil Rights Museum will hold its annual April 4 Commemoration, a community-focused observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s life and legacy, Tuesday, April 4. The event will feature the changing of the wreath on the balcony of Room 306, where King was slain, and a moment of silence at 6:01 p.m., the time the shot was fired.
