SRVS and West Tennessee disability services providers will host an Employment and Community First services career fair Wednesday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Lipscomb & Pitts Building first-floor conference center, 2670 Union Ave. Staff will be conducting on-site interviews and hiring support staff and job coaches for ECF Services. Makowsky Ringel Greenberg will hold a second neighborhood meeting Wednesday, April 26, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Brooks Museum, 1930 Poplar Ave., to discuss its application for a planned development along Sam Cooper Boulevard east of Overton Park. The design team will present proposed revisions based on feedback from the first meeting, an online survey and engagement with Midtown residents. The RegionSmart 2017 Regional Strategy Summit will be held Thursday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Halloran Centre, 203 S. Art by Design, a designer showcase benefiting ArtsMemphis and featuring Memphis’ top interior designers, will be held Thursday through Saturday, April 27-29, at Propcellar, 2585 Summer Ave. Events include a VIP reception Thursday at 6 p.m.; the Cambria Kick-Off Party on Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.; and General Admission Day on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with demonstrations and presentations scheduled throughout the day.
