The Bo-Keys will perform an album release concert for “Heartache by the Number,” on Thursday, April 21, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Stax Museum of American Soul Music, 926 E. McLemore Ave. Admission is $10 at the door. Visit staxmuseum.com for details.

Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival will be held Sunday, April 17, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wagner Place and Riverside Drive between Union Avenue and Beale Street. Blue Tom Records, the University of Memphis’ student-run label, will hold the Hear 901 music festival on Sunday, April 17, at 7 p.m. at The New Daisy Theatre, 330 Beale St. The event will spotlight music from six local acts and doubles as Lauren Moscato’s album release show. Memphis Area Business and Professional Women will meet Monday, April 18, at 6 p.m. at Ervin Hypnosis Center, 2865 Summer Oaks Drive, suite 100. Belhaven University is sponsoring a “Passport to Retirement” class on Thursday, April 21 and 28, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Forum II office building, 1790 Kirby Parkway. The two-night class focuses on adult financial literacy topics such as income planning, Social Security, risk management and more. Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County will host its fifth annual 36-Hour Mega Adoptathon on Friday and Saturday, April 22-23, from 6 a.m. to midnight at 935 Farm Road. Adoption fees will be $36, and adopters will take home free gifts from presenting sponsor Hollywood Feed. On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., local rescue groups and shelters will be on site for the Mega Mobile Adoption. Visit memphishumane.org.
