Playback Memphis will kick off its 2015 Memphis Matters performance series with shows Friday and Saturday, Feb. 27-28, at 7:30 p.m. on the TheatreSouth stage inside First Congregational Church, 1000 Cooper St. In Memphis Matters, the audience shares stories of their lives in the Mid-South, then watch as Playback’s actors interpret it through experimental theater, movement and improvised music.
