Memphis Jewish Community Center will kick off the Morris and Mollye Fogelman International Jewish Film Festival with an opening reception and screening of “The Green Prince” Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 7:15 p.m. at the Malco Ridgeway Four, 5853 Ridgeway Center Parkway.
