Print | Front Page | Email this story | Comments ()

Ballet Memphis’ Rafael Ferreras and Crystal Brothers performed Wednesday, Dec. 9, for more than 1,000 business and community leaders at the Greater Memphis Chamber’s annual chairman’s luncheon – an event at which Carolyn Hardy officially took the reins as chamber chairman.

The luncheon featured a variety of speakers and performers, including the Garry Goin Group, Kirk Whalum and students from Visible Music College, Cameron Whalum, University of Memphis president M. David Rudd, chamber Chairman’s Circle senior vice president Shea Flinn, EPIcenter’s Leslie Lynn Smith and chamber CEO Phil Trenary.

It also included several video presentations on local businesses and chamber initiatives – plus this cheeky, lightsaber-filled look at Memphis Mayor-elect Jim Strickland's transition to City Hall.
