University of Tennessee Health Science Center Department of Pharmacology will present the Frank M. Norfleet Forum for the Advancement of Health will be held Thursday, April 30, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the University of Memphis FedEx Institute of Technology, 365 Innovation Drive. This year’s topic is “Populations Particularly Vulnerable to Alcohol Use Disorders.” Registration is $25, or $50 for physicians receiving continuing education credit. Page Robbins Adult Day Center will host its Art From the Heart art sale Thursday, April 30, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Quonset, 178 S. Center St. Attendees can bid in silent and live auctions for paintings and other art by Page Robbins participants. 2015 Beale Street Music Festival will be held Friday, May 1, through Sunday, May 3, in Tom Lee Park. The kickoff to the Memphis in May International Festival includes more than 60 acts crossing every genre. Tickets are $40 each day.
