Christie Stumps In Germantown For Republican Cause

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will be in Shelby County Friday, May 30 to raise money for Republican Governors in the 2014 midterm elections and attend the Germantown opening of U.S. Sen. Lamar Alexander’s local campaign office.
Christie is chairman of the Republican Governor’s Association and the Friday morning finance event for the association is a private event.
From there, Christie will attend the opening of Alexander’s local campaign office in the Carrefour shopping center at Poplar Avenue and Kirby Parkway.
By Friday afternoon, Christie will be campaigning with Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam in Nashville before speaking at the Tennessee Republican Party’s annual Statesmen’s Dinner in Nashville where Christie is the keynote speaker.
