American Red Cross will hold a blood drive Saturday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Champion Hills at Windyke Apartment Homes, 3788 Links Drive. ArtsMemphis will hold its second annual ArtsAccelerator Grants Launch Party Friday, July 25, at 8 p.m. at the Broad Avenue Water Tower Pavilion to celebrate its 2014-15 grants program for the visual arts. Memphis artists will use four large trailers to create galleries on the pavilion’s loading dock, and the event will also include live entertainment, food and drinks. Visit artsmemphis.org.

Shelby Farms Park will hold the Splash & Splatter Water Festival Saturday, July 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, July 27, from noon to 5 p.m. at Gate 11 off Raleigh-LaGrange Road. The festival, which will be held weekends through July 27, will include 50-foot slippery slides, sand volleyball, food trucks, live music and more.
