ServiceMaster Completes Public Offering

ServiceMaster Global Holdings Inc. announced Tuesday, July 1, that it has completed its initial public offering of common stock at $17 a share.
The shares began trading June 26 on the New York Stock Exchange.
The Memphis-based company went public to pay down its debt.
The underwriters also exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 5.3 million shares of common stock.
With that included, the company sold a total of 41.2 million shares of common stock in the initial public offering.
