A community health forum will be held Wednesday, Dec. 17, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the University of Memphis Fogelman Executive Conference Center, 330 Innovation Drive. Business, health care and civic officials will discuss the chronically poor health condition of Shelby County and Tennessee residents and identify initiatives to improve health outcomes.
