National Civil Rights Museum will host a candlelight vigil Friday, April 4, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the museum courtyard, 450 Mulberry St. The program will reflect on the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through speech, song and laying of the wreath. Opera Memphis will kick off the Midtown Opera Festival with “Ghosts of Crosstown” Friday, April 4, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Sears Crosstown, 495 N.
