RedRover Sales & Marketing’s business has grown considerably in recent years, so the firm has now set its sights on a new “doghouse.”
The firm is relocating from South Main into new space in the Falls Building Downtown, which beat out two other possible Downtown locations. The relocation is expected to be finished this fall – in October – and RedRover’s new home meets the needs of its growth plans in several ways.
For example, the space allows for almost three times the staff over the next five years. It offers employees a dual-purpose work environment, according to the firm, with both collaboration and focus zones to meet the team’s varying needs, in addition to a creativity-inspiring community space. And it provides additional space for larger sales and leadership training workshops.
Colliers International tenant broker Frazier Baker helped RedRover CEO Lori Turner-Wilson find and secure space in the Falls Building. Architect and designer Jennifer Campbell with the Crump Firm also will partner with RedRover for needs relating to the space.
The impending move caps a surge in business for RedRover in the last 18 months. According to the firm, RedRover saw a 92 percent increase in revenue in the first two quarters compared to the first quarters of 2012.
The firm has seen 971 percent growth in revenue since the end of 2007.
