A sanitation workers’ strike commemoration and economic justice panel discussion, honoring the 45th anniversary of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s work in Memphis, will be held Wednesday, April 3, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Mason Temple, 930 Mason St. Speakers include Martin Luther King III, Al Sharpton and Lee Saunders, president of the American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees.
