The Memphis Talent Dividend will hold its report session Wednesday, Aug. 10, from 8:45 a.m. to noon at LeMoyne-Owen College, 807 Walker Ave. Dr. Richard Rhoda, executive director of the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, will discuss issues facing higher education. The MTD was created by Leadership Memphis to raise the college attainment rate in Memphis by 1 percent. The event is free and open to the public.
