Evolve Digital Media specializes in scaning company documents – some more than thousands of pages – instead of the client company storing the information, Tapley said.

The wireless phone company’s owner, Mo Ibrahim, was unrepresented in the five-year deal. Hamidi represented the landlord, Park Ave. Food Mart.
“From the tenant’s perspective, they have been waiting, they think activities are picking up and they feel like a lot of positive things are happening,” Hamidi said. “The landlords are giving special deals for the square footage; (the tenants) thought these were the best deals and the best time to do it.”
In addition, Domino’s Pizza recently signed a 10-year lease at 460 Church Road in Southaven for 1,225 square feet.

Domino’s strategic location on the western end-cap of Elmore Commons at DeSoto Pointe will make pick-up, delivery and drive-through convenient for its customers, Fowler said.
