Noel Becomes ABA Delegate From Tennessee

Randall D. Noel has been elected as the Tennessee delegate to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates.
Noel is a member of Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada PLLC’s Commercial Litigation Group. Noel is a Fellow of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Foundations and has served as president of the Tennessee Bar Association.
He currently serves as the state chair of the Fellows of the American Bar Presidents. He also is a past president of the American Counsel Association and the Southern Conference of Bar Presidents, a former council member of the Litigation Section and has served on the Standing Committee on Federal Judiciary of the ABA.
Charles W. Hill has been named to Memphis Business Quarterly’s Who’s Who in Employment Law. Hill, of Glankler Brown PLLC, concentrates his practice in employment law, broker/dealer litigation, contracts and commercial litigation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and serves on the board of directors of the Greater Memphis Chamber.
Craig Denkler has joined Mona Spa & Laser Center as a reflexology massage specialist. Denkler is the president and owner of JC Wellness LLC, a manufacturer of natural personal care products.
Landers Nissan in Southaven has received the 2009 Nissan Owner First Award of Excellence, the highest award presented by Nissan North America.
Lisa Berryhill has joined the accounting and assurance practice of The Marston Group PLC. Berryhill has experience with retail, manufacturing, entertainment and consumer service audits and brings expertise in audit and assurance services in addition to experience in Sarbanes Oxley implementation and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Jeff Old has joined Pickering as a senior civil engineer. Old has 15 years of experience in the engineering field and is a graduate of Christian Brothers University. Ethan Wright has joined Pickering as an electrical engineer intern. Wright is a graduate of the University of Memphis and is a registered engineer intern and LEED Accredited Professional in Tennessee.
Frank Allen, Jason Herrington, Patsy Jones, David Rochester and Jim Whitehead of Shoemaker Financial have achieved Million Dollar Round Table status for 2009. Jeremy Jones and Bill Regenold have earned Court of Table status as well as Senate level.
Trezevant Manor has announced new members of its board of directors. They are James H. Daughdrill Jr. and Bruce W. Steinhauer. Board members elected to a second term are Scott J. Crosby, Anne D. Freeman and O. Lee Wakeman.
Germantown Police Lt. Mitchell Wood has graduated from Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety and Command. Wood was among 32 students in the class and joins 11 other Germantown Police Department members who have completed the program.
Joey Lanley has joined Signature Advertising & Marketing Solutions as a Flash programmer in the firm’s digital media department. Laura Azran has joined the firm as an art director.

Meri Armour has been named the 2009 Communicator of the Year by the Memphis Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. Armour is the president and chief executive officer of Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center.
