Rhodes College will host Dr. Manoj Jain, an infection disease physician and writer, to discuss "Spirituality Under the Microscope: Medical Observations of Spiritual Practices" today at 7 p.m. in the Blount Auditorium of Buckman Hall on the Rhodes campus. The University of Memphis and the Performance Excellence Association of the Mid-South "Lunch and Learn" series will be held Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Meritan, 4700 Poplar Ave. Dr. Jiada Mo, professor and graduate coordinator at the Mechanical Engineering Department of the University of Memphis, will present "The Chinese Connection." Lunch is $7 for PerfX members and $10 for nonmembers.
