Smith Hired as Regional Clinical Director Of Ageless Men's Health

Jeff Smith has been hired as regional clinical director for Memphis-based Ageless Men's Health, which provides treatment for men with low testosterone levels.

Smith has 24 years of experience in the medical field, and is a registered nurse specializing in intensive care, neuro-trauma ICU and emergency-room disciplines. He is the founder and owner of ICU Jet International Inc., a fixed-wing, air-ambulance service.


Dr. Daniel M. Green has joined St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as a member of the Department of Epidemiology and Cancer Control. Green is a co-investigator for the Childhood Cancer Survivor Study. Previously, he was a professor of oncology and staff physician for Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, N.Y.


ChandlerEhrlich won three bronze awards in the 29th Annual Telly Awards competition. The company took home the awards for their TV work with International Paper, featuring IP's commitment to sustainability and diversity. The Telly Awards honor local, regional and cable TV commercials and programs, video and film production, and web content.


Counterpart Communication Design recently promoted Lisa Evano to director of account service from her previous position of account supervisor. Evano has been with Counterpart for three years. She is a 13-year veteran of the advertising industry and a past winner of the Memphis Advertising Federation's Advertising Account Executive of the Year.


Diane Rudner has joined the Memphis board of directors for SunTrust Bank. Rudner has been on the board of the Plough Foundation since 1990, and has been chairman since 1997. In 1991, she began Insight Associates, which specializes in corporate and strategic planning, primarily for family businesses and partnerships.


archer>malmo took home a gold, silver and two merit awards from American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Memphis chapter's juried exhibition. The gold award is for the Memphis Tobacco Bowl Cigar Guerilla, the silver for Gus's Fried Chicken Campaign, and the two merit awards for the Memphis Roller Derby Calendar and Memphis Roller Derby Bout Poster.


Three lawyers from Allen, Summers, Simpson, Lillie & Gresham PLLC were selected by Law and Politics as Memphis-area Super Lawyers for 2008. They include Jim Summers, who practices in construction litigation; Richard Allen, who focuses on employment and labor; and Robert Green, who practices in civil litigation defense.


Howard Stovall of Memphis-based Resource Entertainment Group LLC has been named to the International Association of Corporate Entertainment Producers board of directors, and also to the board's Executive Committee. Stovall has served as managing partner of REG since 2004.


Delegates from the Tennessee Primary Care Association presented U.S. Sen. Lamar Alexander and U.S. Reps. Marsha Blackburn, Lincoln Davis and Bart Gordon with the National Association of Community Health Centers' 2008 Distinguished Community Health Superhero Award for being key supporters of legislation that would continue the operation of community health centers in Tennessee and across the country.


Adams and Reese LLP has received first place in the national Legal Marketing Association's Your Honor Awards in the area of Community Relations for the firm's "Partnering for Pro Bono" project. The project was designed to provide legal services for low-income and hurricane-distressed families.


Joe Fracchia has been named managing partner of the Finance and Accounting division of VACO's Memphis office. Fracchia has more than 11 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. His previous work includes positions in the transportation, manufacturing, retail, financial services, hospitality and gaming industries.


Stacey Conner has been promoted to director of operations at Strategic Financial Partners, and Bill Tupis has been promoted to compliance director. Hamp Holcomb, Parrish Oglesby, Cedric Brooks and Thomas McMahan have joined the firm as registered representatives, and Charlotte Keough has joined Strategic as an administrative assistant-compliance and marketing.


WKNO recently was honored with two 2008 National Telly Awards for locally produced documentaries highlighting the Mid-South: "Stax Music Academy: From Soulsville to Italy" and "The Call of Duty: WWII in the Mid-South."
