2-1-1 Service to Reach Across Tennessee

The Tennessee Regulatory Authority has approved a petition to invest $400,000 in statewide startup costs for a community services referral line. By mid-summer, Tennesseans in all 95 counties should be able to call 2-1-1 to get referrals for such things as counseling, domestic violence, employment assistance, food, shelter and crisis intervention.
