The Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) Commercial Council sponsors a Commercial Real Estate Environmental Issues Forum Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at MAAR's Martin Edwards Jr. Education Center, 6393 Poplar Ave. Don Bradford, associate principal of EnSafe Inc., is the featured speaker. Topics will include an update on environmental liability management and tools available to manage environmental issues associated with real estate transactions.
