The property was purchased by Patton, Taylor & Ryan, a land development company whose principals are Clyde Patton, Bruce Taylor and Paul Ryan.
According to Ryan, the land is slated to become Brunswick Farms Subdivision, which will be located near Wolfchase Galleria Mall.
Ryan said the property will be divided into 76 lots with an 11-acre greenbelt running through the middle of the property. The lots are relatively small and will be developed as zero lot line properties.
We see it for empty-nesters, he said. Nice houses on small lots is what were envisioning out there.
Homes in the subdivision will be valued at $250,000 and up. Ryan said construction is slated to start later this month, with a completion date set for late 2005 or early 2006.
