The Memphis Jewish Community Center presents artwork by Memphians Ken Boettcher and Bill Bailey through Jan. 26 in the Shainberg Gallery, 6560 Poplar Ave. The gallery is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. A one-day Microsoft Excel workshop is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Select, 160 Union Ave. The seminar is designed for people who know Excel fundamentals and are ready to become advanced users. The Association of Fundraising Professionals monthly luncheon meeting begins at noon in the Montesi Room of Buckman Hall at Christian Brothers University. The Dutch Treat Luncheon begins at 12:30 p.m. at Willinghams BBQ Restaurant, 2750 S. Perkins Road. Guests include candidates for the Shelby County Republican Party chairmans post. The luncheon is scheduled for the second Saturday each month. The Memphis Symphony Orchestra will perform its fourth Lincoln Masterworks Series Jan. 11-12 as pianist Horacio Gutierrez joins the symphony for two concerts. The Jan. 11 concert begins at 8 p.m. in Eudora Auditorium, 4684 Poplar Ave. The Jan. 12 performance begins at 2:30 p.m. at the Germantown Performing Arts Centre, 1801 Exeter Road. The fourth Lincoln Masterworks concert highlights Tchaikovsky's Concerto No. 1 in B-flat minor for Piano and Orchestra.
