Susan Harris is the new regional coordinator for behavioral health services for the eastern Arkansas region for Charter Lakeside Behavioral Health System. Harris has a masters degree from Arkansas State University and was a senior rehabilitation counselo PSI Process Systems Inc. has announced several new employees: Sidney R. Hamby Jr. has joined PSI as a senior project engineer. Hamby has 19 years experience with DuPont. He graduated from Christian Brothers University with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering. Virenda Jain was recently named senior project engineer with PSI. Jain has 30 years experience. He has a bachelors degree from Delhi University and a masters degree in environmental engineering from New York University. Rick D. McIntosh has joined PSI as a senior project engineer. He has 21 years experience and has a bachelors degree from the University of Kentucky and a master of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Memphis. Kevin Pecha has joined PSI as a project manager. He comes to the firm after nine years with Azo Inc. Pecha is a 1985 graduate of Christian Brothers University with a degree in electrical engineering. Dr. Carl Cross, director of performance assessment and improvement at Le Bonheur Childrens Medical Center, has been named director of quality improvement at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis. Cross received a bachelor of science degree in education from the University of Tennessee and a masters degree and doctorate from the University of Memphis. John J. Bradley has joined the Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce as its new director of economic development. Bradley has 16 years of economic development experience with Memphis Light, Gas & Water. He has a bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Michael E. Mullis has joined Farnsworth Investment Co. as vice president of marketing. Interactive Solutions Inc. has announced several appointments: Jay Myers has been appointed president. John Hart has been appointed vice president. Dee Meadors has been appointed director of administration. Dr. Kent Lanclos has joined the National Cotton Council as an agricultural economist. Lanclos has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southwest Louisiana, a masters degree from Louisiana State University and a doctorate from Purdue University. He most recently served as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Idaho.
