The topic is “The Response: Legal and Ethical Considerations of U.S. Treatment of Guantanamo Bay Detainees.” The program will include a movie titled “The Response” and a post-screening panel discussion. The University of Tennessee Hamilton Eye Institute will host the 10th annual Sir Harold Ridley Distinguished Visiting Professorship for Creativity and Innovation in Medicine and Ophthalmology Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Freeman Auditorium at the UT Hamilton Eye Institute, 930 Madison Ave. Dr. Jerre Freeman will deliver the keynote lecture and received the Ridley Medal.
