The Alliance for Nonprofit Excellence will hold a workshop Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at its office, 5100 Poplar Ave., suite 502. Participants will learn about the importance of honesty and its impact on organizations and people. Rhodes College will host a talk by Chris Bridges, West Tennessee program director for the Nature Conservancy, Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Blount Auditorium of Buckman Hall. Bridges will discuss the conservancy’s innovative floodplain and river conservation work in West Tennessee. The talk is free and open to the public.
