The Center City Commission and 5R Processors Ltd. will celebrate America Recycles Day with a downtown e-recycle drive Monday from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Central Station, 545 S. Main St. Downtown employees and residents can bring personal consumer electronics for recycling.
