The Service Corps of Retired Executives will hold a seminar today from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the eighth floor conference room of Clark Tower, 5100 Poplar Ave. The seminar, “How to Successfully Manage a Small Business,” is designed for people who already own or plan to start a business.
