The Memphis Bar Association will host a seminar titled “Effective Representative for the 21st Century: Therapeutic Jurisprudence in Civil and Criminal Practice” Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the University of Memphis Fogelman Executive Center, 330 Innovation Drive. David Wexler, a distinguished research professor of law in the Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, will lead the seminar.
