The Alliance for Nonprofit Excellence will present a workshop titled “Focus … Organization … Productivity” today from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Alliance Office, 5100 Poplar Ave., Suite 502. Maryanne Macdonald, director of professional and continuing education at the University of Memphis, will lead the workshop.
