The Memphis Bar Association will hold a free legal clinic Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at Friendship United Methodist Church, 6220 U.S. 51 N. The clinic is free and open to the public and provides attendees with an opportunity to talk to an experienced attorney. Attorneys will see individuals on a first-come, first-served basis.

HopeWorks Inc. will host a breakfast and silent auction Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Sycamore View Church of Christ, 1910 Sycamore View Road. Tickets are $25 per person and $200 per table. For more information, contact Ron Wade at 550-3338 or rwade@whyhopeworks.org.

Breakaway Running will host an open house Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Midtown location, 1997 Union Ave., and its East Memphis location, 552 S. Mendenhall Road. The Engineers’ Club of Memphis Inc. will hold its weekly meeting and lunch Monday at 11:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn-University of Memphis, 3700 Central Ave. George Ragazzo of Modular Gabion Systems Inc. will present “Modular Gabions and Mattresses.” Cost is $14. No reservations are required.

The University of Memphis will hold its Graduate School Recruitment Fair Monday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Rose Theatre on campus. The fair will feature information about the university’s 23 doctoral degrees, 55 masters’ degrees, 12 graduate certificates and the Education Specialist degree.
