The League of Women Voters of Memphis & Shelby County will hold a public meeting today from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Attorney Charlotte Knight Griffin will speak about a $1.22 million fine and $10 million cleanup levied by the Environmental Protection Agency against Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division.

The Memphis Advertising Federation is asking for entries for the ADDY competition by Thursday. The ADDY competition recognizes creative excellence in advertising.
