The Center City Commission and the Memphis Division of Public Works today will host a second public meeting to discuss the proposed trash collection pilot program that could replace dumpsters in Downtown. The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. in the Center City Commission office, 114 N. Main St. Dwan Gilliom will give a detailed presentation of the pilot program.
