Peria Inc., a Midtown boutique offering upscale women's accessories and shoes, will host a "Step Into Spring" event today from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Attendees can preview the spring line. Peria also is partnering with the local Memphis affiliate of Dress for Success, an international nonprofit organization that promotes the independence of disadvantaged women.
