Freedom From Unnecessary Negatives (FFUN) will hold its first fundraiser, the Celebrity Golf Tournament, today at 8 a.m. at the Galloway Golf Course, 3815 Walnut Grove Road. The Urban Land Institute - Memphis (ULI) will host "Mixed-Use! A Necessity - Not an Option: Trends and Placemaking with Terry Montesi" today from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Tennessee Ballroom of the Holiday Inn-University of Memphis, 3700 Central Ave. Tickets for the luncheon are $25 for ULI members, $35 for nonmembers and $15 for student members. The Metro Business Council's Round Table Luncheon will be held today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens, 4339 Park Ave. The discussion is titled "Financial Incentives and Tax Credits." Peria, an upscale women's shoe boutique, will kick off summer with a Shoes and Champagne Celebration today from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 1680 Union Ave. Guests who visit the store have a chance to win $50 off a pair of shoes, and the winner will be announced at this event.

Lifeblood will hold a blood drive Friday from noon to 5 p.m. at M.R. Davis Library, 8889 Northwest Drive in Southaven.

Capriccio Grill will host its Trinchero Wine Dinner Friday at 6 p.m. at the grill, located inside The Peabody Hotel at 149 Union Ave.      The six-course dinner features a menu paired with wines from Trinchero Family Estates.
