The Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South hosts Talk Shoppe today from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the BBB offices, 3693 Tyndale Drive. The topic is "What Kind of Mortgage Would Fit You Best?" The Memphis Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) holds its luncheon today at 11:45 a.m. at the Holiday Inn-University of Memphis, 3700 Central Ave. The president of business operations for the Memphis Grizzlies, Andy Dolich, will discuss "What the Grizzlies Mean to Memphis." The luncheon is free for PRSA members, $25 for non-members and $15 for students.

Indie Memphis presents Micro Cinema Club No. 27 today at 7:30 p.m. at the Power House, 45 G.E. Patterson Ave., between Main and Front streets. Chez Philippe hosts "Taste of Ireland" as part of its monthly series of world dinners Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 149 Union Ave. For one night a month, the restaurant's chef de cuisine Reinaldo Alfonso showcases the cuisine from an array of countries. The Annual Catholic Curriculum Fair and Homeschool Conference will be held Friday and Saturday at St. Louis Catholic Church, 203 S. White Station Road. Registration begins at 2 p.m. Friday. Laura Berquist, author of "Designing Your Own Classical Curriculum," is the keynote speaker. Pre-registration is $25 per adult, $30 per couple or $10 for a teenager or grandparent. The Tennessee Child Care Facilities Corp. is conducting a five-part series of seminars on how to start and operate a successful child care business. The seminars will be held this Saturday, March 31, April 14 and April 28 at the Norris Road Church of Christ, 1055 Norris Road, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
