The Memphis office of the Tennessee Small Business Development Center hosts "Business Start-Up" Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon at Renaissance Business Center, 555 Beale St. The free seminar will outline the first steps in starting a business. For information, call Yolanda Handy at 333-5085.
