The Small Business Chamber hosts a breakfast meeting/seminar Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Holiday Inn Select, 5795 Poplar Ave. Melanie R. Sabelhaus, former deputy administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, presents "Think Big and Bold" as the keynote speech.
