The Mid-South Small Business Chamber holds its monthly membership meeting breakfast and seminar Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Select at 5795 Poplar Ave. Keynote speaker Jim Blasingame, syndicated columnist and award-winning host of "The Small Business Advocate," radio show, presents his "Small Business Survival Course."
