Sells for $1.7 Million
CKC Development Co. has purchased 1.23 acres at 2225 Union Ave. for
$1.7 million. The seller was Clear Channel Real Estate LLC. A $1.3 million
trust deed was filed through 1st Trust Bank for Savings. The property contains
a 14,924-square-foot office building and a cell phone tower.

Collaborates
On Youth Baseball Complex
First Tennessee Bank and GameDay
Baseball have announced plans for a 10-field youth baseball complex called
First Tennessee Fields. The development will be located off Germantown Parkway on the former Bogeys
property and will also include a playground, snack bar and clubhouse with
arcade games. The facility, which is slated to open Sept. 1, is expected to
attract more than 750,000 visitors a year.

Announces Resignation
The Memphis Grizzlies NBA team has announced that Mike Golub, executive vice president of business operations, is
joining the National Hockey Leagues New York Rangers as senior vice president
of marketing and business operations. Golub played an
integral role in the Grizzlies move from Vancouver
to Memphis and
in the opening of FedExForum. Andy Dolich, president
of business operations, will assume the responsibilities of running FedExForum
and overseeing the teams business functions.
New Spring Vesta Show
Comes to Collierville
The Memphis Area Home Builders Association brings its new
spring show, the Vesta Parade of Homes, to Collierville May 21 through June 5.
The homes are located in the Magnolia Square Planned Development off South
Rowlett Road in Collierville. The Parade of Homes is modeled after MAHBAs fall event, the Vesta Home Show, which is scheduled
to take place in Fayette Countys Windsor Park Subdivision this year.
