Sells for $7.9 Million
Eastview 432 LP has purchased
property at 3316 Hickory Hill Road near Knight Arnold Road from Mid-America
Apartments LP for $7.9 million, according to The Daily News Online,
First Horizon Acquires
First Horizon National Corp. has acquired substantially all
the assets of MSAver Resources LLC, a national
administrator of health savings accounts. The acquisition was made by First
Horizon's First Tennessee Bank. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Regions to Sell
Capital Factors Business
Regions Financial Corp., which merged with Union Planters
Bank in July, has reached a definitive agreement to sell the assets and
business of Florida-based Capital Factors Inc. to Perry Capital LLC of New
York. Terms were not disclosed. Union Planters acquired Capital Factors as part
of its acquisition of Florida-based Capital Bank in 1997.
American Airlines regional affiliate American Eagle is adding two nonstop daily flights between Memphis
International Airport and Miami International Airport beginning June 9. The
flights will be operated with 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140
jets. The airline is adding flights between Miami and 10 other cities, as well.

and audit committees will discuss a resolution directing Shelby County
administration to begin the dispute resolution process with Grizzlies corporate
entity Hoops LP on conflict dates/no compete issues relative to The Pyramid and
Mid-South Coliseum at an 11 a.m. meeting today at 160 N. Main St.
